Japanese Marsh Crabs (Sawagani) kept in a sushi oke bowl or hangiri as you would call them in Japanese. I read that the crabs are deep fried and then eaten lightly dusted with salt. The stainless steel bowl in front hold a number of Live Abalones.

Last night, 6th August 15'. It has been ages since we had such a fun date. I've always wanted to try Sushi Airways but never had a chance, Hubby remember so and planned for a date there. It was indeed one of the best date we had. The food was great, ambience was right, service was 1st class. The chef was knowledgeable and he was friendly same for the service crew. I never had such, delicious Sea Urchin and Sashimi. The double salmon maki was the best maki I ever had. Must try! I wanted to try the Live octopus and the Sparkling high ball sake. But sadly they were both out of stock. Well, I'll be back again Sushi Airways. Hubby and I both loved it!
