Fitness goals are a journey! Body goals are a journey and I’m still on mine. Fitness is not just muscles, but it is cardio endurance, heart health (bpm), agility, flexibility, and speed. A good PT session should include all of that. Your heart rate should get better, your breathing should get better, you should burn fat and build muscle.
