Well, if you are looking for a way to thank me, I know David's looking for exclusivity on your products.

Alexis (Annie Murphy), to Heather -Ted’s (Dustin Mulligan) Heather- (Natalie Brown) in RIP Moira Rose, Tuesday night’s episode of Schitt’s Creek.

“Ooh, she is good,” exclaims Heather. And she is, indeed. Not only because she demonstrates a certain knack at business, closing the deal just like that (*insert fingers snapping*) and also rescuing Rose Apothecary from thieving youths in a previous episode. But mainly because she is good. It was completely, heartbreakingly selfless of her to help David (Dan Levy) get in business with Ted’s girlfriend, when she is in love with him. She could have made a scene, revealed how much more than a receptionist she was at that awkward lunch of vivacious quiches. She did not. And it was good, beautiful, and heart-wrenching.

Moira’s (Catherine O’Hara) dramatic staging of her reappearance from the dead, and Johnny’s (Eugene Levy) wriggling out of godfather responsabilities were hilarious -especially, the former’s choice of wardrobe- but the Rose kids stole the show this episode. David may not be a condom, but he certainly is protective of his little sister, and Annie Murphy and Dan Levy say so much through glances and facial expression, it’s art.
