🌳Into the Green Wilderness🌳 Models: Schleich 14620 Moose Cow and and Schleich 14781 Moose Bull.
The third part of the display board is finished. Now I have to go back and finish some unfinished work on the first and second parts and finally I can start painting. The bad shots and the lack of paint hide lot of the details on this but after the first layers of paints everything will look better.
Snow battle.....
Another 6 minis finished (I’m calling them minis and you can’t stop me!), this has to be one of the most productive starts to a hobby year I’ve made!
I had a pack of little treasure chests lying around so decided to make up some small objective markers/D&D treasure hoards by adding in some random weapons and other little details. I suppose they could also be used as trapped chests etc.
Really fun to paint and I managed to get them all finished over the course of one evening. My fablvourites are the one with the zombie arm reaching up and the one with the large chaos sword.
Let me know what you think!
Happy Hobbying
Dave
Maybe in future I will do some modifications or add some extra bits but for now I call it done. For this project I had to sacrifice lot of realism and appeal to gain playability (many flat surfaces, annoying lines to have some modularity and little vegetation, so I could add buildings and miniatures) but after all it's not a diorama but a gaming table. I have added photos with some fast set up to get a general picture of the table with some building on it I will add more photos soon
