Update
Well, the chilli has been working wonders. I still have five servings left, which will probably last me nearly two weeks seeing as I work three days a week. After that I want to make another big batch of something. I'm thinking of doing stew or shepherds pie. The coke initiative has been going well too. I have a serious addiction problem with coke, and all previous attempts to cut it out have failed miserably. Knowing this, I'm not trying to cut it out. Instead I'm just limiting myself to smaller servings, which isn't ideal, but I think is a good step. Hopefully one day I will no longer feel reliant on coke, but for now if I can stick to having only 414ml a day, that's good enough. The only goal I am definitely not achieving is my fitness goal. I haven't run at all. I don't really know what I plan to do about it, either. I'm just so lacking in motivation to get fit. And I have so little time that even when I want to run I just don't know how to make it work. I'll have to think on this one a little bit longer, but I haven't given up on it yet. Fitness is a huge part of my vision for future me.
