Again.
Well. I don’t even know how long it’s been since I gave up. More than a year, I think. I got all the way down to 160, while I was away in Ecuador. And now, I don’t even know, but I am somewhere in the realm of 180. Higher? I don’t want to know. It’s time to start again. I have goals. I just have to meet them. 1. Walk either to or from school every day (or do both!) 2. Attend bootcamp at least once per week 3. Cut out all pop 4. Get chips consumption down to 80-20 I’m sure I can do this.
