Random observation, but I was looking up BISAC codes for categorizing books, and all I could think about was bi-Isaac, which turned into me ruminating on the Scallisaac poly dynamic while I'm trying to concentrate on work. Thoughts?

I’ve seen a lot of different Scallisaac posts and ideas on here and I’ve got to say, I think it’d be really cute. I mean, between Allison being a badass, Isaac being willing to cut someone, and Scott being, well, a True Alpha, they’d be a pretty unstoppable trio.

Growing Changing Rearranging

Based off the prompt that whenever somebody falls in love they get a red mark on their wrist and if the person they love dies it turns into a scar and if its requited love it turns black

They don’t talk about the marks. They don’t talk about how Derek has three; two scarred, and one black. They don’t talk about how Lydia has two; one black and one scarred. They don’t talk about how Stiles has a red one and a black one. They also don’t talk about how Allison, Scott, and Isaac all have two black ones each. They just don’t talk about it.

Life was easier before the marks. When Stiles just had a red one for Lydia, despite her and Jacksons matching black ones. Or Derek had the scarred and the red; hiding them in shame. When Allison and Scott had theirs and were sickeningly in love. When Erica and Boyd had black ones to match and Isaac had none. Naturally that’s when shit (a.k.a the kanima and alpha pack) hit the metaphorical fan.

Then Derek’s wrist earned a new red one, days before it turned black along with Stiles’. Lydia also gained a red one but it scarred shortly after. Erica and Boyd still had matching ones, except now they were scarred. Scott and Allison also got new red ones and Isaac gained two black ones on his before blank wrist.

It wasn’t easy for anybody. Derek didn’t want to be in love again, especially with a snot nosed kid. Lydia didn’t want anybody else she depended on to leave her. Allison and Scott didn’t want to admit to each other their love for the same boy and Isaac didn’t was the instability of a relationship with one person, let alone two. Boyd and Erica certainly hadn’t wanted to die.

They all battled through it somehow. Derek learned he could depend on Stiles, who despite being insanely annoying was also loyal to the core. Stiles learned that even though he has issues, so does Derek and it was ok to put a little faith in someone. Allison and Scott learned that love is not something set in stone and by bringing another person into their relationship, they were increasing the amount, not dividing it into smaller chunks. Isaac learned that sometimes it takes more than one person to help you be okay again and that was fine. Lydia learned to support herself for real this time, because when she fell again, she wanted to be able to pick herself up.  

They all came out all right too. Derek and Stiles are leaning on each other for support and have yet to fall. Lydia is continuing her reign, but this time happily alone. Scott, Allison, and Isaac are surviving better than they would have any other way.

That doesn't mean they talk about it.
