Super Friends To Something More → AU!Bustin

When Grant heard that he was going to be crossing over to Supergirl, he was incredibly excited. Melissa was a dear friend of his and even if they didn’t get to work together much on Glee, them both now being superheroes in the same Arrowverse had kept them in contact and hanging out every now and then. Melissa radiated such a positive energy and Grant really enjoyed spending time with her. Now Barry and Kara were going to get a bunch of scenes together and he couldn’t be more pumped for it. It would also give him a chance to spend some time in LA where his girlfriend Hannah currently was, not to mention the sun that rarely appeared in Vancouver. It was a win win all around and when Grant boarded his flight, he had the biggest smile on his face. 

Making his way to the Supergirl set, Grant smiled when he spotted Melissa in her suit, hanging around and waiting to film her next scene. “Hey stranger! Mind if I come hang in National City for a bit?” @melissabenoistiisms

Saoirse was an actress, Taylor was a singer, so there was no reason Saoirse should feel like this. They had their respective kingdoms and peace should be reigning, but there was no denying how it felt like Taylor was now purposefully threading over her territory, her kingdom. The singer was trying to be sly about her actions and maniacal intentions, but she failed miserably at  hiding them with someone like Saoirse; who could see clear through people.  No it couldn’t be attributed to the apexes of their white hot careers leading them to headline Broadway shows at the exact same time, but rather it was Taylor’s arrogance that made her interfere when Saoirse was getting the better part of the attention for both acting /and/ singing on stage.

The bad blood that started from one ignored ‘hi’ at a Grammy’s party would soon be actualized as an all out war for the corner of Manhattan. Gathered in the way Broadway stars do before the opening of a new show, Taylor’s new show specifically, Saoirse was all a smug look. Taylor was coming into her place, and she would not hold back on the hazing to make her feel like she didn’t belong, cause she didn’t. Everything in Saoirse’s career and life, all it had been building up to be was for this moment, and someone like Taylor a spoiled little Hollywood starlet was not going to distract from her art.  “Saoirse what do you think about singers taking up on Broadway?” It was asked of the actress by a stagehand with a sweet smile, assuming Saoirse would be in her natural demeanor and answer kindly. “Depends on the singer, but anyone coming here expecting to be pampered for any little thing they do, and not put in hardwork, is going to find they are going to have one hell of a hard time.” Finding Taylor out of the crowd, speaking the words quite purposefully to her with cold eyes and a sinister smirk. She had cast the first strike in the battle to come.

Things were going great for Dove in her career. She had finally got the recognition she deserves and people started taking her seriously. Even though a lot of her connections that she made the previous year had faded, she still thought about them daily -, especially with Timothee. Even though things didn’t work out between them, she thought about him, a lot, and wonder what could have been. Dove obviously wasn’t in a relationship with anyone as she was way too focused on her career. She didn’t even have Timmy’s number to see how things were, so he was definitely the one who got away. Friday was her day off, and she definitely loved to spend it at this little coffee place near her apartment building. She was sitting in the far corner, reading a historical novel, sipping her hot chocolate - as she was never a big fan of coffee.

Slumped over at her desk, Troian was having a very rare slow day. Usually her office was full of the squawks of birds, the barks of dogs, the loud meows of cats as they rested in their carriers but today, it was empty. She had had a routine check up scheduled for the morning but that was it. All the animals in her little small town seemed to be doing okay and Troian didn’t know if she was grateful or - bored. Could she be bored and still be a good person, almost hoping for an emergency to add such much needed energy to her day? She had about four hours to go until her shift ended and it wasn’t like she was going home to much..

Yeah. Troian wasn’t going to go down that rabbit hole of depressing thinking right now. Lifting her head up, she took a long sip from her mug of tea and then began to pull some papers towards her. She guessed she could just organize..And before she could even begin to start paper-clipping and alphabetizing, the front doors of her clinic burst open and a panicked male ran in with his dog in his arms. Troian immediately stood up.

“What happened?” She asked, relieving him of his dog and carrying him/her into one of her rooms. In cases like these, it was better to skip formalities and just go straight to the heart of it. @yochriswood

There she was, 10 years older and still the same immature girl she used to be at 21. It had been 2 years since she had last heard of him and Kendall thought she could hide the fact they have had a kid, but it wasn’t as if she could keep her daughter away from the paparazzis forever and a day. Now they were standing face to face, Kelly by her hand and PK with his mother right infront of them. The brunette was speechless after the old lady mentioned how much the little girl looked to her son as he was a baby. “Oh, really?” Kendall asked obviously nervous. She wanted to run but if things weren’t obvious enough that would be the cherry to the cake. @itspksubbs
