🏷️Do they give their partners cute nicknames?
Akihiko likes to think of nicknames for people he is close to. He often times just uses their first names but with those he has a special relationship with, they get pet names. Akihiko adopted a few nicknames for Adachi, Toto [[ deriving from Tohru ]], Ada and so on. He uses them as a way to tease him and even make things a bit more playful and romantic at times.
💚Are they prone to jealousy?
Akihiko can get very very jealous to where he will drag Adachi from a conversation if it is too much for him. Even the slightest signs of flirtation will make Akihiko interrupt and take Adachi away so it doesn’t have to continue. Akihiko sees anyone else able to take away his significant other so there is a fear embedded in him that the person he loves the most will leave him for someone else so that jealousy grows each time.
👫Do they display affection in public? What about in private?
Akihiko loves to show affection in both forms, public and private but they always vary. Hand holding and mild kisses like kisses on the head and cheek are bound to happen in public. While in private, he is much more intimate like cuddling and kisses on the lips and neck. He is very much touch starved so getting to even touch Adachi makes him thrive.
💭 Do they tend to sleep better when in bed with their partner?
Akihiko sleeps very much better knowing that Adachi is with him in the same bed. He used to be able to sleep alone but that was back before he had a significant other like Adachi. Now, if he were to sleep alone, it is likely for him to not be able to sleep or even wake up constantly in a panic because he cannot feel Adachi there. His fear is loss runs so deep that even sleeping can be a hassle if he cannot feel Adachi there with him.
