Loving the Walking City stuff again, especially the illusionist lore. Quick question tho; can an illusionist completely encapsulate the sheer darkness and strength of will of a Cyber Goth while casting an enchantment? Serious question
Only the Grand Matrons can accomplish such a feat. Attempting that technique causes illusionists with less experience to lose control of the enchantment--it might dissolve or, if they really screw it up, start to run outside the intended parameters.
A Grand Matron, though, could amplify the strength of an enchantment while also intimidating her opponent. The aggressive movements can even make it difficult to tell when the knives start flying.
So, in short: yes, but only if your soul does not hesitate to join the darkness
