Two Selkie fics come to mind, and I suppose you wouldn’t mind three links instead of one:
Two of them are by SharpestScalpel: We’ll Go By Way of the Garden (Like Swimming for the Very First Time) [NC-17, Masturbation, Preslash] and Till Human Voices Wake Us And We Drown [NC-17, WIP]. Hotness all around! The latter is beautifully written, with an ethereal fairytale feel to it that is both elegant and mesmerising. Erik’s loneliness and Charles’, I guess for a lack of a better word, ‘otherliness’ is so poignant. I remember following it on the kinkmeme when it first started, but unfortunately hasn’t been updated in a while. But please do not stop you from reading it!
Secondly, promises, swear them to the sky by scarlettblush, [Crack, Romance, WIP]. What you’ll find is a snarky Erik POV with tons of humour and modern day references in the latter. I promise you this is great because Erik is so super grumpy :’)
