Real love
It's wanting you that makes it real!
and my brain is on fire
my hand on yours is all it takes.
I’m so hungry for your love,
for your power.
My sleep paralysis evolved into dreaming that I wake up paralyzed, getting scared, and then waking up paralyzed.
"OKAY!👏👏Let's separate into groups"
"ALRIGHT!👏👏 Everyone is going to stand up and introduce themselves starting from my left."
"RIGHT!👏👏 I'm going to call out your name and you will stand in front to present your presentation."
MY ANXIETY📈📈📈😭😭😭
u ever message someone and know that they hate u a lil/is annoyed at u
Scary Feeling
My whole life (or, really, since I was 3), I've experienced this TERRIFYING feeling that I call my "Scary Feeling" (I was 3 when I named it. Because it's a feeling that scares me). Anyway, this feeling is a form of anxiety (the only useful thing to come out of therapy for me was the realization that the Scary Feeling is an anxiety attack) and it hits me from out of nowhere. And today...Oh, man, today...It hit me TWICE and I want to just run into the void because of how much it sucks.
It's a longshot, I know, but does anyone who ends up reading this ever get a terrifying feeling of anxiety and fear in the pit of your stomach that sometimes swells up to engulf your entire chest? And if you're reading that description and thinking "that's a panic attack", I'm sorry to tell you it's not; at least, not for me. Panic attacks feel different.
