Giant Humanoid Kidnapper

It's not unusual for me to dream about walking in the woods near where I live. I hike the trails there often. Once, I dreamt I was following a hiking trail beneath a tall, rocky ledge. The sound of a human scream drifted down to me from somewhere high along the ledge.

I distinctly heard a child scream "Help! HELP ME PLEASE!" It was a haunting and desperate cry that disturbed me well into the waking world. Still dreaming, I looked up in time to see something awful.

A large, dark figure was running along the edge, high above where it is far too steep to hike. It was humanoid, but HUGE in stature, even from a distance. In its arms it clutched a young child.

From a mix of horror and shock I produced my own scream, which was noticed by the freakish giant. The creature actually turned its face and craned its neck over to look down at me.

The creature picked up the child and stuffed him under an arm like a football, muffling the increasingly hysterical screams. It then, in a chillingly human manner, placed a giant palm over its mouth and appeared to stifle laughter. It then shook a long finger at me in a rebuking gesture and turned to climb the rocky face of the cliff.

Despite carrying the boy, this ominous humanoid scrambled with eerie dexterity up and over the top of the cliff. It disappeared and I woke not long after.

{I only dreamt this once, but that was enough for me. I was very physically tired upon waking, something I occasionally experience with stressful dreams. The scream was very real sounding and very upsetting.}

January 14th 2018

The government had developed a system to control the weather. One day the system failed and we lost control. Mother Nature had prevailed, and she was not pleased. She released her wrath on the whole world. Islands were being taking over from tsunamis, potholes were swallowing small towns whole. There were numerous hurricanes attacking coastal cities.

I was in Florida for this dream. I stood on a cliff that had developed previously, and was looking to the ocean. They sky was turning, an odd shade of green. This was from my memories of when I encountered a tornado as a child. The waves crashed along the cliff and I could barely stay still as the rush of wind was challenging me. My friend (who in real life was a bitch who was my friend but fucked me over) was with me and we decided to seek shelter in the forest.

Walking through the forest it started to downpour. It was starting to become evening so the night bugs were chirping. We could see a house with no lights on. It was probably deserted we concluded, and we walked towards the place. It was a trap. Arrows started flying towards us and my friend ran the opposite direction away from me. I was alone.

Thats all I can recall.

I Had A Dream

So I’m two months into my new job and I had this weird dream about how I got fired from it because I do not own an iPhone and cannot facetime :(

Dream

I had a dream last night it was creepy when I remembered it several hours after waking up.  I was standing in the kitchen eating some food then it came to me, I had a really weird dream last night or maybe it was this morning?  I always love waking up for an hour or two at like 5 or 6 in the morning and then going back to sleep.  Whenever I do that I find that I have a series of dreams that I wake up remembering vividly.  I used to like waking up and going back to sleep in my mother's bed, I felt I had good dreams there.  Now I live in Cali and can maybe do that once a year.

This is the dream that I had.  Me and one or both of my sisters visited my aunt.  I really don’t remember if it was one or both.  This aunt has been estranged from us for several years now.  She has children and we don’t see or speak to them neither.  She greeted us and surprisingly she was happy to see us, her spirit was cheerful and joyous and she held no grudges.  She seemed just happy that we had come to visit her and treated us as if we had never been separated.  She is smiling, laughing and we are in conversation about lightweight topics.  Then we see her youngest son and to our horror he is missing an arm.  We could not help but to instantly feel sadness for his loss.  The sadness is strong and dark and mournful.  Suddenly our lighthearted conversation was ruined with something that seemed scary and possibly evil?  Darkness filled the room.  Once again it was amazing to us how great her spirit and attitude was, she seemed to accept that her son lost his arm and she was positive about the whole situation.  Which did not at all seem like her.  She explained to us how it happened never losing any ounce of the joy she was exuding .  She said our uncle (who is also on bad terms with my side of the family), and her son were playing a game.  Some sort of guessing game, my uncle asked his nephew a question and told him if he got the answer right he got something?  I don’t exactly remember that part!  But if he got it wrong he said he would stick a needle in his arm.  Now I guess my cousin guessed wrong and lost the game, because our uncle stuck a needle in his arm.  His mother told us playfully like it was a funny story.  She saw no fault in her brothers actions it seemed like.  Well then she said that the needle caused an infection and his arm had to be amputated.  It was just a simple mistake her attitude seemed to say, he didn’t do it on purpose.  Which is such an exaggeration of the way we feel he already gets treated, like a lamb when he is a wolf.

Dream 2: Trapped in house/I’m really bad at using tumblr

I deleted all of my writing for this dream, because I clicked backspace. So here is a summary:

Sent emails to find research group. Turned out to be a crazy lady who was looking for an imaginary fugitive. Except fugitive wasn’t imaginary. It came knocking at my door with a large wrench and a buddy. I was like holy shit this is bad. I couldn’t flee, because the house was soon to be surrounded by his buddies. I was trapped in my house again, and woke up just in time to not resolve anything in my dream.
