The employee bathroom at work has these super bright see-every-blemish-on-your-face florescent bulbs and I just washed my hands with slightly chillier than lukewarm water, also keep in my mind my skin is very pale/thin/transparent, and I look at my palms and I can see every vein! It's amazing and crazy!
