Spiralnudeln und Bärlauch-Pesto

Es ist Bärlauch-Saison.

Aber keine Bange, ich habe den Bärlauch nicht selbst im Wald gepflückt. Ich nehme an, dass ich dann vermutlich das falsche Kraut pflücken würde.

Nein, ich habe Bio-Bärlauch in der Packung bei meinem Supermarkt erhalten.

Ich bereite das Pesto mit dem Bärlauch und Schalotten, Knoblauch und Parmesan zu.

Dazu gibt es als Beilage oder eher Hauptzutat Spiralnudeln.
