I haven't done any crafting really for over a month. I've just been mentally drained and so stressed that my go to thing when I'm not working has been playing video games. But after the thunderstorm washed over us (and consequently started the fires), I've been so much more relaxed. Odd, I know, but storms are when I'm in my elements and I became all giddy and happy.
And the fires don't have me stressed - living in California, we are used to earthquakes and fires. And so this is all old hat. I can handle this.
Which led me to actually bring my Ladybug out to spin. I have put on some Netflix and am spinning and it feels so good. I'm also putting to good use the things I've been learning from the Facebook spinning groups I've joined in the past year.
Still not a professional grade handspinner, but I'm definitely getting more consistent.
