I know it's contentious, but I personally love RPF and to find an author who so masterfully captures the characterisation of the actors as separate from the characters in the show is something to behold. Wildxwired is one of my favourite authors in the fandom - I'm never disappointed!

Distractivate has only written three fics (so far), but wow they are some of my favourites. In particular 'The Last Rose Video' is just spectacular. Even if you're not a fan of AU's GO AND READ IT.
