It stands for “Great Exact Colour Search” and it’s a. uhh. thread? spreadsheet? resource? that lets users add their dream dragons (colours, first and foremost, but there is spot for genes, flight, breed, etc too) as well as search the existing list should they have a dragon to sell

Here is the thread! It explains stuff more and has links to how to add your dream dragons or check the existing spreadsheet!

Ps. I’m in no way affiliated with this project, I just think it’s super neat and useful and I want ppl to be aware of it with NoTN mass hatches coming up

EDIT: I just realised you were the OP of the other spreadsheet I reblogged (and added myself to) and mentioned GECS in the tags of (I knew your blog seemed familiar!!). So yeah, it’s p much the same thing as what you’re doing! Except since it’s big, it’s not self-editing and comes with separate stuff for searching through it
