          well,  if this isn’t a surprise.

     seriously.  sans isn’t sure whether to be ANGRY or TERRIFIED,  mostly at the unfamiliarity of the creature before him,  but quickly snuffs out that terror for thinly veiled animosity, claws digging into his stand.  he doesn’t speak,  not for a . . .  long,  long while,  no matter what the other might say  -  thinking over his options,  of course.

2. A forehead kiss

     Pale fingers brushed aside dark locks as the woman had confessed her worries to him. Those for her husband, her children, and her people. It might have seemed strange to an on looker for a boy of Dominik’s apparent age to be comforting a grown and married woman, but Dominik had always suspected their relationship, as respectful and distant as it was made to be, had always seemed strange to onlookers. 

     He pulled her head to him and kissed her there, sweetly, soothingly. “Eure Majestät.” The words were wrong so he tried again. “Schnee, you must find some time for yourself. If only a little, ten minutes to be entirely selfish, and in that I promise that you will be able to protect your little world.”

Oh great... he could hear the concern in her voice now. Shifting his weight slowly from foot to foot, his shoulders hunched slightly as he kicked at the dirt. He shouldn’t have brought it up at all, though figured Snow would be able to relate -- in all honesty, he figured most people would be able to relate -- but Snow was one of the only people who he was willing to talk to about something as embarrassing as their insecurities with. Even if for only a moment or two.

             “Really?” He questioned, peeking up at her. “Even if I lost an eye? Or grew an extra head?” Humor crept into his tone, curling his beak into the slightest smirk. He wanted to see his friend smile again. “Or started molting or something?”

I am literally in awe of your portrayal. Your Black Hat is so well-rounded and REAL yet he still maintains that gentleman villain air that made me fall in love with his character in the first place. You are an amazingly skilled writer (Not gonna lie, I read a lot of your threads!) and you seem like a genuinely nice person ooc. I am so glad I followed!

If it’s a canon character, then I usually revisit source material but if it’s an OC you’ve made or a character that’s canon divergent, I find that writing a few short drabbles helps.

it’s a canon character ! unfortunately they only appear at most three times during the source material, so it’s a little touch & go. i might revisit again though, yeah, just to be sure ! and definitely gonna do some drabbles regardless. smooches you; thanks !
