Position wanted: Secretary

Any previous experience?: In the field of being a secretary, not quite, though I’ll admit my organization skills and ability to keep things running smoothly are nothing to sniff at. I’ve also had previous experience as a huntress- so I can hold my own rather well should I run into trouble.

Reason for desiring position: I’m… in need of doing something. Perhaps I get a little antsy being stuck home alone and working at a shelter on and off. It’d be nice to bring in some money in another way, anyway.

Skills and abilities: Though I’m applying for the role of secretary, I do have a semblance at my disposal and training in self-defense if it’s needed.

She thought it was neat! Was she some sort of swords woman? It would suck if they took away her real one. Unless it was a protection thing? She didn’t know how things worked around here.

     “PAWS! OFF! MY! BESTIIIIE!”

     Semblance active, a blur of red slammed into the side of a snake that was certainly at least twice her size. It’s prey, a certain snarky heiress, certainly could have defended herself, but when Ruby saw her friends in danger she was liable to act without pause for common sense. This was especially true when she’d been under the impression they’d been separated once more -- a possibility that had brought her a great deal of pain and emotional distress.

     “Weiss, are you okay!? Tell me you’re okay!” This level of concern was only natural after what had happened at the battle for Haven. The snake in the meantime had sought to slither off as the scythe-wielder ran to her teammate’s side.

     Ruby wasn’t really in the position to be asking others about their personal health however, blood trickling down her face from a head wound she’d received from the collision. “Whoa! Anyone else dizzy?”

“Well...” 

With hands folded behind her back she leans forward just a bit, peering over Weiss’ shoulder with a bit of a smirk. No formal “hello” nor even a “i’m so glad to see you here”. Judging by how Weiss had been staring down at her makeshift weapon for over a minute now, a simple greeting was not going to be enough to snap her out of such a perturbed trance. 

Might as well be unsavory while breaking the ice.

“I don’t believe you can do much with a giant toothpick.”

"well now. yer lookin’ a l’il familiar there, stranger.” a laugh bubbles, the suspended voice taking form by suddenly hanging upside-down in front of the poor girl. only a grin is all that follows his familiar teasing, head tilting in the slightest as he lets his arms dangle lazily above him.

though vast memories of different cities may be muddled together in one big conundrum, there were one of very few faces that stood out among the aforementioned blur. weiss, of course, just so happened to be one of them.
