they can write songs for you, against you, and eventually for someone else

they always know what to say

their music knowledge can lead them to sound arrogant

they will get on your back if you're out of tune

they freely insult your music taste while expecting you to respect theirs

they don't know how to settle

they're charming until the nitty, gritty is exposed

they know how/why you will love them and don't try to stop you until it's too late

they're never quite "with" you unless they learn devotion along the way

they're impossible to ignore
