Regarding the 'Reesh' nickname: ah that's so sweet and cute! Yeah l was just wondering because I know that at the very least Schneider called Paul Paulchen in an interview, so Paul's nickname definitely exists outside the fandom. But you're right, 'Paulchen' makes sense from the German language perspective, unlike 'Reesh'. Both nicknames are adorable tho 🥰

Yes, Schneider definitely (and i think the others too on occassion) call Paul 'Paulchen' which an affectionate version of his name in German (lucky he changed it from Heiko, because 'Heikochen' or 'Heikolein' don't really have the same ring to it 🥰)

If the Rammstein guys refer to Richard by another name they use his childhood nickname 'Scholle', you know, the one his dad gave him I don't have a link at hand, but i'm sure it has been used by more than one of them in interviews. And his family use it too, which makes sense since he seems not to like his original name 'Sven' to be used, so that name 'Scholle' which they have used so long, will be very natural to them.

I remember in 2022 his brother (who was on ig then) couldn't go to the Berlin concerts (i think he was there this year), posted on his IG "Stolz wie Bolle, Scholle" which i thought was very sweet to use that intimate a name 🥰

("Stolz wie Bolle" is a Berlin phrase meaning 'Very proud' 🥰)
