Court Order Not to Collect School Fees for Corona Virus Period
Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir Banned Private Educational Institutions to Collect Fees for Corona Virus Period. AJK Judiciary has ordered Private Educational Institutions not to collect School fees for Corona Virus Period, from June to August 2020. Honorable Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir on September 24, 2020 ordered while in a case that private Schools in Azad Kashmir not to charge fees from students during Corona Virus period for the month of June, July and August 2020. Elementary and Secondary Education AJK has issued a school fees exemption notification on 02 September 2020 that Private Educational Institutions not to charge fees as per the order of the Honorable Court.
