I mean, there are already so many stupid reasons in the world that people don't like each other. What's the point in making up more pretend ones?

How do these huge school rivalries happen like. Do they just naturally develop or does one superintendent go to the other and say "I think our school districts should be rivals and we should sell t-shirts dissing each other and our yearbooks can have entire psges dedicated to (didtrict 1) vs (district 2)"
