I haven’t read a book in 2 years 🙈 and I previously loved reading, but the weight of just all this *gestures wildly* stuff and the fatigue, and everything that goes along with a chronic illness impeded me. But this year I was determined to read at least ONE full book, and the book I chose was V.E. Schwab’s A Darker Shade of Magic. Once I pushed through the first few pages, I was hooked! I finished it in only a few days. I loved it and I’m now on the third book of the series. Obviously I am entirely obsessed with this series and I really wanted to do some nail art inspired by it and this is what I came up with. I am hoping to read a few of them before my pre-ordered Ltd Edition book of The Invisible Life of Addie Larue arrives. I am probably going to buy the Darker Shade series physical because I would 100% read it all over again.
