       War has always been a difficult time, but HYDRA’S forces are becoming harder to deal with. Something decisive has to happen soon, and the worry has started to become more and more obvious on her features. She paces often, awaiting orders or using her brilliance to try and form the next plan of attack.

              But sometimes her pacing is simply from the fear that the               WORST has happened. It’s a terrible mindset to have when               at war, but something she deals with either way.

       Peggy takes a seat at her desk, her pen tapping instantly against the wood as she continues to wrack her brain for suitable ideas. When she hears someone enter the room she turns around quickly, a habit she’s picked up -- one can never have their back turned for too long out here on the front lines, after all. Relief washes over her and she eases into a more comfortable position.

sOLDIER BUDDY im so excited that you’re back on steve you have no idea gkfdhgkfd i know we didn’t get to interact too much back on my previous blog, but the threads we did have were so sweet and chummy and omg gfjkhkfdhkd i can just see such a great friendship forming between these two. they’ve both gone through pretty similar things, though different enough for their opinions on life to be vastly different, and i honestly think cloud could learn a lot from what steve has gone through, and steve could likely do the same in return?? steve has the right kind of mellow but friendly personality that cloud tends to react well to; so i have no doubt that they can grow to become great pals over time. i know we’ve geeked about this before-- but i just love the idea of them nerding out over motorcycle and age-old military days and gfjkdhgkdhgd 8′I that’s some good shit right there. i’LL NEED TO get my faceclaim icons ready at some point so our threads will look more seamless, bUT FOR THE TIME BEING i’m just really excited to write with you again. it’s gonna be lotsa fun!! 

beyond that, you’ve always been such a lovely, friendly person, and i’m so glad that we’ve started talking more ooc. our little chats on twitter have been lots of fun and now that you found me on skype again i’m sure that’s only gonna increase!! my memory is absolutely terrible and you have the patience of a saint and!! i’m just so excited. EXCITED.

❣ - An unpopular opinion I have

ahaHA um i really hate the sudden (i say sudden but it’s been a slow building monster that’s several months old now) aversion to smut in the rp community. i fandom hop, so i’ve seen several different versions, but overall the mindset basically went from “EWWWW PEOPLE WHO RP SMUT ARE NASTY!!!!!!” to “well I don’t rp smut but if YOU do it’s okay just don’t bring it near me!” which is only slightly better??????

like this whole “I RP SHIPS FOR MORE THAN SMUT!” really really rubs me the wrong way bc you’re literally excluding an entire portion of relationships— there are plenty of people, canon and original that are sexual in nature, and would be completely OOC to be portrayed as someone that’s down with relationships instead of just meaningless sex. whenever those fucking posts go around i silently rage because it makes me, someone who learns characters best by their sex life (bc i’m of the mindset that what you do or don’t do during sex can tell a lot about a character/person) feel like shit bc if i do put smut on the dash i’m going to be judged. (okay i care slightly less than i probably should but i know there are others that DO care a lot and it’s kind of fucked up to shame any portion of a community)

like, i understand that some people have legit fears/concerns/aversions to sex in general, and that is perfectly okay. what’s not okay is making it seem like rping smut is wrong for whatever reason, though. just because you have your reasons for not being down with something, doesn’t mean you should try to shame others into feeling the same way.

on the same topic of sex, i guess-- red is really indifferent about it due to his past. he will have sex with someone, as long as they understand that nothing's going to come out of it. he doesn't form bonds all that well, and doesn't understand clinginess and emotional attachment to a person.

AHHHHHHHH wow you're like... my favorite steve rper ngl. 

i started tumblr rp in the marvel fandom, and so i've seen hundreds or steve's come and go, good and bad alike. i've never really cared for captain america (mostly due to his fanon interpretations), and so he was one of the characters that i didn't really want on my dash, especially when i left the marvel fandom at the beginning of this year. 

i think i found your blog through diya, actually-- i was wary of following you bc of the whole steve thing, but ugh. your portrayal is spot on okay. it's fucking beautiful. 

we haven't talked that much, but we have the same name so i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you're fuckin' awesome just for that. but also bc you seem really chill and you're hella respectful to all of the people that come into your inbox which is so pleasing ; u ;
