Currently working on R and DB interfacing
I'm preparing a blog, to be hosted at http://www.smartinsightsfromdata.com, comparing the use of different DBs (SQL; NoSQL and NewSQL!) with R. Therefore at the moment I'm having fun with PostgreSQL; InfiniDB and MonetDB. Planned SciDB and any other than I can install and test on my server.
