“you know,” natt called out, staring straight ahead of him. his arms were crossed to his chest as he sucked in his cheeks to bit on the insides of it. “you’d think i’d be right, but i’m way wrong -- maybe today’s the day where i say ‘you’re right’.”
@scintillcte liked for a one line shippy starter of any nature
“Your foot is in my face, can’t you lie down like a normal human?!!”
HOW ANNOYING. another failed test, which at this point had become something of routine for minchan. he tried (sometimes) and he was smart (debatable) and handsome (which had nothing to do with school, but worth noting). why was it so difficult?? he was practically on the verge of academic probation, which certainly would not please his father and would most definitely halt his monthly allowances. that was enough incentive for him to actually start caring about his studies, yet even with this newfound (admittedly minimal) effort, he found himself still... failing. wasn’t success supposed to be handed to him on a silver platter? he had the charm... had the beauty... what more could he possibly need.
michan took a glance around the room, attempting to appear as casual as possible. maybe it was a hard test, maybe everyone failed. a glance at the girl’s paper besides him told him otherwise. an A.
❛ well, well, well. look at miss genius over here. ❜ there was just a hint of condescension in his voice, stemming from the bitterness of his own failure. as his gaze shifted from the paper to the girl herself, his sat back in slight (bemused) shock. ❛ hey, aren’t you supposed to be stupid or somethin’? ❜

“No offense but you not only talk like a spoiled little princess, you are one.” Jungwon didn’t have time to deal with people’s shit and he clearly wouldn’t know but Nari seemed to just ignore that fact and pester him further. Either he had gotten soft on her or he lost his touch but the gang member didn’t walk away as he’d usually do. No matter how much more of a banter this was, Jungwon stayed. “Does the princess want this cup of beer or not?”

warned you it would be sucky.
“The f…heck are this things for?” Yeol asked while lifting his gaze as much as possible in a failed attempt to look at the fake ears the female had placed atop his head. “you must have a death wish if you’re planing to use me as your halloween costume accessory”

Standing guard duty at formal functions was something that Suwon probably hated almost as much as eating healthy food. It was just something that went against his grain. So, to be stuck at the penguin show made him a little bit cranky. What made him even crankier though, was the amount of paparazzi and journalists waiting outside the event. People with recorders and cell phones buzzing about like flies to a pile of dung. Almost all of them were being rude as hell and shouting questions to him that he knew no answers to.
“Ugh.” He grumbled a bit as he watched the pile of people begin to shift. Someone was trying to get to the front, but it didn’t seem as if others wanted to allow such a thing. If the mass didn’t give way, the people who were in the front were going to get pushed forward and then Suwon would have to deal with a possible landslide of bodies. Not something on his list to be done before the day’s end.
“All of you, stop that!” He moved forward and sighed. “You’ll be asked to disperse if you keep this up. Then you’ll have no photos or quotes to use in your articles. Why can’t you behave like that one over there?” His finger shot out and he pointed to a young woman who was clearly trying to maintain some sort of anonymity (or maybe not, he didn’t know her.) “Miss. Since you’re behaving, you can scoot closer. But still behind the line right there, okay?”
