4) What do you use as inspo for the trolls species of you Au?

Oh hell yea!

Qirikeks were inspired by kirins/qilin, cool deer dragons, I love them!

Agataras are meant to be related to Draal's species, but they took inspiration from different kinds of reptiles, and also nodosaurids, like Borealopelta.

For Mimiclings, I reused an old concept I made years ago as a kid of a dragon that camouflaged itself in trees.

Tundra Trolls, reindeer, and cold climate felines like lynx (for Juska) and snow leopard (for Uu'ruk).

Scitheraks, iridescent rocks, scythes, and peacocks. And also Skeksis from The Dark Crystal.

Freshwater Trolls, catfish, generally fish found in freshwaters, and otters. As well water dragons!

Gargoyles (Which I'm debating naming the species "Swalgoules"), big cats, and took heavy inspiration from the manticore.

And possibly the spikes were unintentionally and unconsciously inspired by Nergigante from Monster Hunter 😭🙏 (I have lately begun getting really into MH and I really like that monster :))

I have a couple of species made which I didn't put here because they aren't really done yet.

Really quick doodle of the Scitherak Lord, gracefully crawling through the tunnels of his domains

I'm thinking that Scitheraks would be excellent climbers, in return for their loss of flight, and would hang and climb on ceilings and walls to execute their assassinations.

My first intention was to do that with Sivelius hanging from the ceiling, but I couldn't draw that so I went with this Dx

Finally got myself to finish this fucking weed turkey

Not a fan of how the colored arm feathers turned out but whatever, at least it's done now 🙃👍

I first intended to do just a quick doodle to go with the other Siv pic, but I got carried away and wanted to make an actual artwork. It's still at a very crude stage, he's still missing some of his feathers (quite a lot actually...), but it's just to sketch out the scene a bit.

Revamped Sivelius' design a bit, he now has the secondary arm pair, since his species are related to Stalklings
