hi! i was using your post about installing the original SCK and found it a super helpful resource. but i ran into a problem trying to install the no CD patch. i think i followed your instructions correctly but the game no longer opens, it’s just an error screen that says “CSoundShell - Could not open file.” so i assume i transferred the CD sound/video files wrong. but idk what i could have done. do you know what might be happening?

Sorry! Unfortunately I don’t know! Are you running Windows 11? I've only tried it on Windows 11, so if you’re on another OS, there could be another/different step than what I provided.

@lickieloo Do you maybe have any idea? You’re the person who linked the no CD patch to my post (this one), so maybe you’ve got some know-how?
