Actually, 101 Ways to Kill Scrappy is a Revenge Fic, as it attacks only one character. If it was truly a Hate Fic, it would attack the whole series.
Even if it only attacks one specific character, it can still be classified as a 'Hate Fic' anon.
There's no such thing as a 'Revenge' Fic because there's nothing to get revenge on when all you're doing is ragging on one character. Also, 'revenge' implies that you're getting back at something or someone. A fictional character cannot get 'vengance', as they do not exist.
At the end of the day, the title implies that Scrappy is going to die, ergo, it's a hate fic.
