i have considered Terror Tech to be a high school for a while now but i was just thinking what if it was a college instead? i know on Vincent’s page for Scoobypedia it says he went to high school at Terror Tech with Boris. HOWEVER, they never actually specified in the episode if it was a high school or college, they just called it school. so you COULD headcanon it as a college. or we could assume it was for both high school and college like @tubapun suggested in the conversation we just had. we also don’t know how long Vincent and Boris were there, they didn’t specify that either, they just told us they graduated in the year 36. (not 1936, just 36!) it’s definitely a school for supernatural beings though because there were ghouls there, Vincent who is a warlock was a student, and Boris (who Scoobypedia says was a zombie-like being) was also a student there.

something i really like about 13 Ghosts is that every demon is a ghost but not every ghost is a demon. the 13 ghosts ARE demons, but Bogel & Weerd who are ghosts, are not demons. i wonder if they were going for a “you have to be a ghost to be a demon, but you don’t have to be a demon to be a ghost” kind of thing with the lore. i also like that the ghosts can be multiple things. Zomba can be a ghost, a demon, and a zombie. Morbidia and Rankor can be vampires while also being demons and ghosts. Maldor can be a sorcerer and a demon and a ghost. i wonder if it means that you just have to be something else in general whether a ghost or vampire or a zombie or a sorcerer to be considered a demon. like you can become a demon only if you’re one of those things first. that’s really interesting.

last year i made up this headcanon of what if Velma was a Van Ghoul by blood? basically Vincent’s distant cousin. i’m thinking either she has Van Ghoul blood but not enough to have magic, it’s a very low percentage so that’s why she’s still mortal, or she has enough to have magic but never realized it cause she never awakened her powers. and she’s immortal but to an extent. she probably won’t live 2000 years like Vincent due to not having as much Van Ghoul blood in her veins as him but she’ll still get to live longer than the average lifespan for a human. and at first neither her or Vincent know they’re related but eventually they both find out. and if she has magic, Vincent shows her how to unlock her powers and control them. also yes this means she would be a descendant of Asamad too, but i think Vincent is a direct descendant while she would be a collateral descendant.
