Aight, first order of business: Im giving all the mercs a hug. No, you cannot run away or stop me, come get yalls hugs.

The reactions: Scould: Happily returns the hug, gives a small pat on your back as you two hug. His hugs feels like he’s seeing an old friend for the first time in years. Mulder: He takes it as a challenge to hug harder. His hugs feel like it’ll make your lungs explode. He can fix that though, thankfully. Spyro: Happily returns the hug. Tight like a child hugging their parent. Demoneer:  Gives a one arm hug much like Demoman hugged Soldier in the WAR! comic. Feels how you’d expect- like a drunk man hugging his friend while shouting out an order for another bear. Demy: Great big bear hugs. A little too tight for comfort, but not enough to hurt. Feels like someone hugging another that almost died but turned out okay in the end. Sneer: A half-hearted hug with small pats on the back. Feels like two friends saying goodbye knowing they’ll see each other tomorrow. Havoc: Punches you in the gut and laughs. If you’re lucky enough to get a return hug it’s extremely clingy and tight with his nails digging into you. It feels like a friend hugging another knowing they’ll never meet again. Piper: A happy hug that’s light, but tight enough to feel welcoming. Feels like a hug you give a family member you love when you see them after a good while. Sky: Much like Sneer’s, however a hard pat on the shoulder after the hug is always present. Feels like a dad trying to console their son that’s sucking at baseball.

This video is Scould when he and Moulder take Merasmus out for a Father-Son bonding trip… Scould is Spongebob, Moulder is Patrick, and Merasmus is Squidward; everything is the same but Merasmus get impaled with a baseball bat.

Incredible, I love it! I'm now just imagining Merasmus awkwardly trying to do "Father-Son" stuff with Scould, which leads to him getting a black-eye when they play catch together and other stupid injuries until Scould is wheeling him back to base in a wheelchair and full-body cast after their day of fun.

Okay but now I'm think of Scould running around the base screaming "THE AMAZING MUSICIAN MERASMUS IS MY DAD!!!" and there being a mini plot point where in order to get the Neufort crew's help to get back to his universe, Merasmus plays up being Scould's dad until Sky gets fed up with him and admits that HE'S Scould's dad, but Scould doesn't believe him right away, and since Merasmus still needs the team's help... *chanting under my breath* Dad fight Dad fight Dad fight!!!

Dad fight!!!! Sky gets fucking owned but Scould can tell that merasmus isnt the same. Igniring the odd clothing choices this merasmus has a completely different laugh. This doesn't make him believe sky, but he definitely accuses merasmus as an imposter.

Scould is convinced Merasmerus is his dad and while he isnt happy about it he's convinced Merasmerus had to have looked cooler Back In The Day and that his mom had a cool wizard boyfriend. He's also convinced that he's inherited some magic and is trying harder and harder to make his nonexistent magic come out, with Mulder happily healing every broken bone along the way.

Oh definitely, but scoulds also heavy into (rock? Or the equivalent for the time) since merasmas was lead singer and guitarist in the band. Then his other bandmates died so he just clone jutsus himself so he can play like 5 instruments at once. Tom jones is just a normal ass dude

That begs the question though: does mulder snap merasmus's neck or tom's? Afterallmulder and merasmus were still roommates. If merasmus doesnt get a neck snap then how does the god scene play out? (If scould ends up dying- most of this stuffs not planned yet as im sure you could tell lol)

What are each of the merc's relationships with eachother? Like, are Scould and Piper friends like they are in the comics? Are Havoc and Sneer friends or was that swapped with Sneer and Mulder? Im assuming Mulder would be THRILLED to know Scould was in the army and 100% eat up anything Scould claimed happened.
