((You betcha! xD Gotta love putting characters in shitty situations, especially ones like Scout who doesn’t even have anyone who’d be invested enough to help, in the unlikely event that he’d actually accept help))

Scout desperately wants someone to care about him.

When he was younger (an earlier Scout, another faulty one) he grew close to Papyrus. Whilst they weren’t anything like brothers, or even friends, Papyrus seemed concerned for him when the testing was too much for him to handle, when all he could do was shake as his body tried to keep it’s form, when his composition was just a little too other and the toxic environment of his timeline slowly killed him. 

After a new Scout was made (out of the cannibalised parts of the previous Scout; his left arm and leg, half his ribcage), Papyrus would come to his room and sit by his side until he woke up. He’d sometimes hold his hand, smile at him, looking so relieved that he wasn’t another failure (the ones who never woke up). He’d bring puzzles and games for the two to play, interrupting the empty silences Scout had grown used to. 

Once, Scout told him that he loved him. He’d read the term in a book, and he thought that it was fitting. But, Papyrus had looked...blank. 

“You...You weren’t designed to love or...or be loved. Don’t say anything like that again.”

Papyrus didn’t visit for a long time after that.

Ta da! Scout bitty. (he accidentally came out more child-like than bitty, but eh it works - he could just be chibi in this design yo)

I figure he’d be a pretty easy one to look after - he’d do anything you asked, and wouldn’t act aggressively towards other bitties or you. He’s more likely to cling to both them and you, since he always feels cold even if his body temperature is relatively warm. He’ll occasionally mimic things you say or do, and if he’s particularly happy or anxious he’ll start floating. 

He does, however, have a habit or wandering around and getting into dangerous situations in the name of curiosity (or warmth). Though, if you tell him not to, he’ll listen - just make sure to be very literal and to the point.
