Just a Mobile Task Force member that is far too tired and desensitized from dealing with the bullshit and trying to get a pay raise. Their “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one” mindset has caused headaches with the amount of paperwork that comes with transferring from Task Force to Task Force.
“I just want to increase my chances of survival. Why do I have to be the one thrown around like a hot potato from one to another?”
Delta will always be a nameless, faceless operator. After all, who says they can survive another day when more and more anomalies are surfacing and working with Task Force 141 will not change that. Why search for an erased identity? Why bother discovering it when the owner willingly lost it years ago?

Mobile Task Force Orientation and Training Seminar
In a world filled with anomalies, there needs to be a balance, an equilibrium between those who have and those who have none. In the greater scheme of things, the universe seems to sway to the side of people like us. The people who keep the balance, are the ones that control and contain the anomalies. Although, whatever higher or cosmic power you believe in wouldn’t matter in the end. In the end, people like us will always be cogs in the machine, only to be replaced once the Foundation uses us for what we’re worth. Once we enter the foundation, we are beyond help, beyond the limits in which god or any other cosmic being can help us.
To contain these anomalies and the deterioration of the natural order, hands must be tainted and sacrifices will be made. These tasks cannot be achieved alone nor achieved through any “normal” means. These costs must be met with exacting care and the SCP Foundation is well aware of this reality. We will do anything in the name of preserving normalcy, to the point of no return. With unpredictable variables and the fragility of the human psyche, the Foundation works behind the scenes, behind the backs of the government and its prying eyes. In the shadows, where the ignorant don’t know to look and where to observe. During our mission to secure, contain and protect, your hearts must turn cold and some of you—no, most of you—will have humanity stripped without proper training.
You will become desensitized and will learn to be effective soon enough. Learn to be cold, not cruel. Learn that you are not an individual anymore, but a cog in the machine. You will master the art of negative utilitarianism and toe the line separating your humanity and becoming inhuman. You have been selected for the many Mobile Task Forces within the Foundation. Mobile Task Forces are well aware of these realities. Seasoned veterans learned these facts and hard truths of the field the moment they stepped foot on the facilities to prevent human error or emotion from interfering with our mission. We must not toil with emotions during our time in the Foundation. That’s the key to survival and success. The key to preserving our sanity.
