Despite my absolute love of cooking and making recipes...even I have nights when I cannot be bothered to cook when I'm absolutely knackered. The beauty of education and experience over time in this industry is knowing specifically the nutritional values of regular healthy foods and being able to chop and change stuff that you know will fit into your required intake for that meal.
