Looks like Caitlyn's strike team apprehended at least one of Smeech's goons.

The small redhead on the left (not Smeech, lol).

Same clothes (tie, waistcoat, vest thingy), missing his hat, missing his monocle, and from the pink paint and large bruises, it looks like Jinx (and Sevika) got to him first.

Ironically, Jinx's explosion could give him the chance to escape, but would he want to return to Zaun after obviously getting such a thorough beat down?
