Pilby doesn't have a canon height so I'm only going off of assumptions here. But the conclusion I came to is that Pilby should be around 4'7 (assuming that regretevator follows the 5'5 height for players)

The only character I can think of thats related to area 51 (thats also relevant to the lore) is Mr. James Dixon, entirely because of the Dixon generators. Since Mr. Dixon our founder is dead. He could potentially be the spirit possessing our beloathed Rock God? sort of monitoring the NPCs and us players on how we use the REGRETEVATOR despite being dead.

Though this doesn't really explain why Bive was created in the first place. Or why all these UFOs and creatures exist in the first place? Maybe we'll learn more about it as the weeks pass. Who knows
