What land is your land? Or, asked differently, what is the original territory of your tribe?

I come from two nations on my grandfather's side, the Wendat who primarily lived on the land north of Lake Ontario and east of Lake Huron in Canada and the Numunuu who stretched from portions of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Chihuahua in Mexico. According to what I've been told growing up.

The Wendat presently have reservations in Oklahoma, and Quebec, with significant populations in Michigan and Kansas. The Numunuu headquarters is in Oklahoma with significant populations in Texas and New Mexico. Many people wound up forcibly relocated to Oklahoma.

I’m glad you like it :) I’m actually having fun coming up with alternate names, professions, and activities that all make sense with both the story of Das Rh******d and Das Kuchenmehl. But I am a little nervous about how it’s going to play out once we get to Die Walk**e, S**fried, G*tterd*mmerung, and P*rsifal.

About your dog and the crate… I've been reading dog books lately because we will get a dog for my daughter soon. In one of them I read that dogs don't like metal crates so much, because they leave them too exposed. So people put blankets over them to make them more private/cavelike. Maybe that helps?

I have read that too, and I do think he is more comfortable with a covered crate, but the problem is that one of his panic behaviors is pulling things into the crate from outside. Pretty much every time I put a blanket over the crate, he will pull it in through several different holes, which not only tears up the blanket but makes him feel much more closed-in.
