Some pages from my old Wreck This Journal.
Scribble Wildly, violently, with reckless abandon.
“We have to make a mark, even if it’s just a scribble.” - Unknown.
This was one of my very first completed pages. I did have quite a long think about it, and really researched other people’s ideas. I don’t know what I wanted for this page, but I really wanted a great idea for this page; wanted something different. I didn’t just want to scribble.
In the end though I picked up a pen and did just that. Scribbling is actually quite fun and relaxing, watching all those lines interlink and cross. The more I scribbled, the more I liked it.
When I deemed it finished, I put my pen down and observed the page. I realised something was missing. And despite the colour of this page being pink I felt it needed more colour. So, I picked up my felt tips and I coloured it!! The colour of the page actually affected when I was colouring with the pens, but as I look at it now it all looks great and fine and I couldn’t be happier with this page!!
