let’s get this out the way, the most obvious but still horribly sweet headcanon: yes I fully believe Michael would learn Spanish for you.

and just know wherever you’re from (mexico, venezuela, peru, chile, guatemala etc…) he’d do his best to learn about your culture.

Spanish is a beautiful language (yes i am biased) plus he loves hearing you talk in spanish but even so he doesn’t know what you’re saying..

so he’s learning to understand & to hear you talk in spanish more often 😌

MELTS WHEN YOU CALL HIM ANYTHING ENDEARING IN SPANISH ~ cariño, preciosos, hermoso etc…

if you add “mi” to any terms of endearment, PUTTY IN YOUR HANDS, HE IS A GONER ~ mi vida, mi querido novio.

back to learning spanish, if michael is hanging out with your family he will try his best to converse with them in spanish. he’s tryna see how much he’s learned.

definitely has an “estoy embarazado” moment.

your family brings up each chance they get, it’s probably his nickname now. “oye, mira quien es, embarazado!!! ¿como de va mijo?”

if you take him out to any parties/family gatherings the man is absolutely mesmerized by your dancing.

probably wouldn’t dance much the first time around but wouldn’t mind you teaching him to dance.

definitely would love bachata the most (anything to hold you close.)

imagine him having carne asada the first time. that’s it, i just feel like he would lose his mine over any dish. arepas, arroz con leche, chilaquiles, sopes, tamales - sweet and savoury…dude would be amazed. don’t hold out, share the food!

speaking of food, let michael meet the paletero and elotero.

he definitely prefers the elotero…even if he did put on too much chile powder last time because your cousins egged him on and some how convinced him it wasn’t going to be spicy..
