brave in reflections // Sansa&&Lily
Whoever set 6:30 as the start of rounds seriously underestimated the amount of energy a fifteen year old needs to get herself out of bed before the sun. It’s going on nine in the evening, and she’s had a day full of classes to follow her early morning prefect duties, and is topping of this honestly pretty shite day with an emergency study session in the library because she almost failed her transfiguration quiz today and she’s got OWLs to think about now. So naturally, she comes around the corner and finds—
“What in the ruddy hell is going on here?!” A group of Slytherins—Sev’s not among them, thank Merlin, she can’t, can’t handle that today—have cornered someone, and her heart flips in her chest. Things have gotten, well, no one’s thrown any curses this early in the term, but these scenes have been happening more and more often. Luckily, for all the trouble she’s having with Transfiguration this term, her counter-curses are top notch, and she readies her wand in case she needs one. Only, as she gets closer she sees the Slytherins seem to be tormenting... another Slytherin? “I said what is going on here? Hey, get your hands off her!” As she speaks, the arm that Carrow had slid around the young girl’s shoulders slides right back off. Slimey git.
