Drawing i did of the 3 Lord Souls, demigods of the Hereafter.

Scrow, the Essence of Corruption (Green), represents evil, chaos, and overall bad times. Long ago his physical form was lost during the events of the Fold, and he was sealed away inside of Dirge. As a result, he has now come to resemble Dirge during the rare opportunities hes been able to show himself. Despite the origins of a green soul however, they are not necessarily always evil. Consider Lord Souls a kind of “stereotype” of a souls color.

Gale, the Blade of Redemption (Blue), represents good, order, and basically the opposite of what Scrow does. In an age long past, Gale was actually responsible for the Fold. A reoccurring conflict lead to Gale accidentally “killing” Scrow. The catch is that Lord Souls cant really die, so instead of being recycled like a normal soul is, Scrow was flung into the living world forcefully, creating a Mirror (Aka the Fold). This would lead to Gale teaming up with Xene to create Abaddon and the eventual sealing away of Scrow inside Dirge via a enchanted tablet created by Gale. Since this event, Gale has been very reclusive, refusing to leave his temple and only allowing his closest allies entry.

Xene, the Spirit of Forgiveness (Purple), is much more complicated than the other 2 Lord Souls. Xene is a lord with the very specific purpose of rebuilding broken souls from the fragments of others; a MUCH more complicated process than it sounds but a simple task for her. Xene herself is known to be very kind and “forgiving” as her title entails, making sure the souls she repairs are as comfortable as possible in their new lives. Not every souls is rebuilt perfectly though. Most souls rebuilt by Xene into purple souls have a tendency to have very “exaggerated” personalities, examples being Sara Baker and her uncontrollable happiness, or Siv and her VERY short temper. As a side note, Xene has been trapped inside her temple since Scrow placed a curse before his imprisonment. This is why Xene formed a group of helpers known as the Hands, to help her keep doing her job.
