Their loose skin - used to reduce damage by defensively pulling the elastic skin up to their neck - is a point of pride; the saggier the skin, the more respect they garner. As Scraggy age, they form tight bonds with the other members of their gang. Together they beat up anything that enters their territory. While rude, they take good care of their friends and family.
