hey so my last post got like lots of interactions somehow... idk how tumblr works so im guessing i was just lucky LOL
anyway currently celebrating my fame era by posting more scrunkly content,,, enjoy...
OH OH OH ALSO, scrunkly also stars in ANOTHER game called DUSTPOCALYPSE, which is kind of a horde survival game where you survive against mutated dust bunnies with the help of a roomba with a gun. yeah. its way better than lousy old scrunkly clicker and has way more effort put into it. i am also really proud of it and will never ever stop plugging it so you might as well play it now for free on itch io...

I WAS BORED SO I MADE A SCRUNKLY VTUBER

So YEAH basically it all started with me trying to procrastinate on the millions of tasks i have rn, i opened up a new project in unity and at first i was like
"oh dear me this is going to be awfully easy if i do say so myself yes"
.................IT WAS NOT.
apparently there isnt any info on how to make good jiggle bones in unity for some reason??? everything i saw either was only for stock human characters or was insanely complicated. so what did i do?? i googled "unity jiggle bone physics" and found this amazing and very simple to use set of scripts on github!! after that i made it so he looks where the cursor is at and BAM!!
so now.... i had floppy ears...... my plan was coming together........ hehehehehehe.......
after that i just needed to figure out how to make the window overlay on top of the screen and yeah! i just followed this cool ass tutorial by Code Monkey.
but of course it wasnt perfect... honestly i have no idea WHAT i did to fix it but i kept on messing with random camera settings until it was normal. ok anyway enjoy the weird screencaps i took of him while he was freaking out
and then... it finally happened.... the culmination of all my work...... all of the one hour i had spent of this project....
he was... in front of the screen... and also normal....... truly amazing.....
alright so yeah after that i did a few more tweaks which you can scroll up to the first video to see!! thanks for reading this far and be sure to check out Dustpocalypse, a horde shooter in the style of Vampire Survivors that i made with a friend!
