A while ago, I was going through a really rough patch in my life and I remember texting Alexis Sutterman that I was screaming along to Rachel Platten’s “Fight song” to help me get through it.

In tears, actually. 

That song has always had a very special place in my heart. 

When we performed it at Balboa park not too long ago live, I sang with a little girl named Kelly. I was crying, and she wiped my tears.

And tonight I was in an outdoor stadium singing along with hundreds of people to Rachel Platten’s same fight song. WITH RACHEL PLATTEN ON STAGE ALSO IN TEARS??

It is an overwhelming feeling. 

I have really grown so much.

Thanks for an unforgettable night.
