June 17, 2021 Last year I tried hiking on my birthday and it was fail. I felt dizzy and week going up. 30 mins into the hike I had to listen to my body and went down the mountain . I was angry I couldn’t do it because I knew I could. A year later I’m up Viejas Mountain. A nice steep mountain. It was a challenge going up. Great view at the end. I thank god for this morning. I thank god for another year. I feel blessed to be alive.
