She often thought of visiting a new country as flings. The way they occupy all your thoughts and that anticipation of seeing them. You want to know everything about them. There’s always more to discover and experience. You can’t get enough, but you know it can’t last. And in a way, that’s the best thing about it because you only have time to see the best of them. You must enjoy it while it lasts. When it ends, you’re sad and miss them, but, in all honesty, you wouldn’t settle there permanently. She was only ever faithful to London. Or perhaps she had yet to find the one.

can you imagine if someone (i’m seeing bambi for some reason) ever managed to sit hardy down and do a makeover on him and he ends up coming out looking like a slightly older, more grumpy tenth doctor and regrets ever letting anyone/bambi near him with scissors and hair product?

As funny as Bambi giving Hardy a makeover is, I refuse to even think of Hardy without a beard. 😜

I would accept something like this:

But I will gladly think about Hardy making an effort about his appearance to please Hannah, because she’s so beautiful and stylish, he buys nicer shirts (or rather lets her buy them for him), new glasses, gets a hair cut, maybe invests in one of those beard balms or whatever that’s supposed to make it soft (so it doesn’t chafe her inner thighs too much...)
