So my mum was rewatching an old movie with James Stewart and I recognised the voice of Beulah Bondi, the actress that plays his mother in It's A Wonderful Life and that got me thinking on an idea for a Hardy x Hannah fic (because why not) where Alec Hardy is in a similar place to George Bailey at the beginning, only his reasons would be Tess's infidelity etc As for Hannah... would she fill Mary's role or would she be the equivalent of Clarence? Kind of hopeless as an angel, or maybe a cute demon needing redemption
