So I was thinking long and hard about Noctis’ non-timetravel cover story in Blood of My Blood and I was also thinking hard about Naruto and Calling for Rain and the thing I came up with excites me, so I come before you begging permission to write an actually-kidnapped!Noctis fic where things go a bit… sideways in the labs and a wee bit of minor transmigration happens to a shinobi who finds himself stranded in a strange world and body with, of all things, a child to suddenly take care of. (Actual clone-baby, not Dionysus. I like Ardyn, but I can’t be bothered to set up a fantastical age-regression thing for him, so I’ll settle for the cover story being literal with a few differences)
Also have I told you that your writing has me frothing at the mouth with joy. You write so well I feel actually addicted. Pebbles has me currently feral, do you mind if I take the word Shatterpoint and run hog wild with it (concept has been lodged in my brain for a long time before I found a name for it; I’d just been calling those moments Dragonbreaks like in Elder Scrolls)
As long as I am given credit as the inspiration, none of my major plot beats are copied, and you're only taking inspiration from the ideas of kidnapped Noctis and a ninja transmigration, sure!
And yes, you can use Shatterpoints, since it's a worldbuilding idea rather than a story beat or an OC :)
